So how can you make the concert more enjoyable for yourself and others?
Just follow our tips 🙂
🎤 1. Silence on set – respect the music
During the concert, don’t chat, don’t explain to your friend which song it is, and don’t share your impressions out loud — that’s what the break is for! Let the artist and other listeners immerse themselves in the music. And if you really must share your excitement, wait until the end of the song and say it with applause! 👏👏
🎼 2. Preparation is key!
There’s nothing better than an audience that knows the lyrics and sings along with the artist! That’s why it’s worth doing your homework before the concert — visit the artist’s Spotify, listen to the latest album and the biggest hits. 🎶
🕺 3. Stand like a person, not like a lamppost
Artists love audiences that live the music. Don’t be stiff — sway, dance, sing, clap! This isn’t a classical music concert — here it’s all about energy and having fun! 💃🕺
👗 4. Dress like a star, but comfortably
Remember, you’re part of the beautiful Meadow Concerts community. Dress in a way that makes you feel good, but also with style — because you know there will be photos! 📸✨
🍔 5. The food zone is your friend
Of course, food is important. But don’t let your crunchy snack be louder than the vocals! If you want to grab a bite, head over to our food zone. The artist shouldn’t see you eating a burger to the rhythm of a heartbreak ballad. 🍔🚫🎤
📸 6. Photos? Yes, but in moderation!
Sure, souvenir photos are a must-have. But don’t record the entire concert through your phone screen (especially if you’re standing close to the artist) — it’s better to experience it live! And don’t forget to tag us on social media: Meadow Concerts, the Artist and Folwark Ruchenka 🙂 🤳✨
♻️ 7. Let’s take care of our beautiful meadow
The rule is simple: take out what you bring in. Let’s keep our meadow as beautiful as it was before the concert. And if you see something that “fell out” of someone’s pocket, help us keep it clean — a clear view will be the greatest reward! 🌿♻️
🤗 8. Be kind, smile, and enjoy the moment!
This is the most important rule — good energy is the key to a great concert. Say hello to your neighbor, smile at the staff, and have fun so that you’ll want to come back! 💛
See you at the stage! 🎶🌿✨
1. Children’s Participation
Children up to the age of 5 may attend the concert free of charge, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian holding a valid ticket.
For seated concerts, the child must sit on the guardian’s lap.
The organizer reserves the right to verify the child’s age by requesting appropriate documentation.
It is strictly prohibited to leave children unattended at the event.
Persons under 16 years of age may attend the concert only under the supervision of a parent or designated guardian.
Persons aged 16-18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian to attend the event.
Good practices for parents:
Provide your child with a wristband containing your phone number.
Use noise-canceling headphones to protect your child’s hearing.
Teach your child whom to approach in case they get lost (volunteers, security, event staff).
Protect your child from the sun (headwear, sunscreen, water).
Do not leave your child alone in a tent — neither during the day nor at night.
2. Tickets
Each ticket has a unique barcode authorizing a single entry to the event.
Purchased tickets cannot be returned or resold.
3. Food and Drinks
Bringing your own food and drinks to the concert area is not allowed.
On site, you’ll find beverages, beer, wine, and a food zone offering hot meals.
Children may bring prepared meals in closed containers.
4. Safety and Security
A professional security company is responsible for safety at the event.
Security staff have the right to inspect the contents of bags or backpacks of those entering the concert area but may not perform personal searches.
In exceptional circumstances, a participant may voluntarily request to be searched to avoid delays and prove the accusations unfounded.
First aid is provided by volunteer firefighters from the Ruchna Volunteer Fire Department. An R1 rescue bag and AED (automated external defibrillator) are available on site.
5. Weather Conditions
The organizer reserves the right to change the date or venue of the concert in case of adverse weather conditions.
The most up-to-date information will be published on the event’s Facebook page.
In case of date changes or other force majeure events, details will be sent by email to ticket holders.
If the concert starts and is shortened due to a sudden weather breakdown, no refund will be granted.
6. Photography and Recording
Taking photos and recording videos with phones or amateur equipment is allowed.
Bringing professional photography equipment, video cameras, or audio-video recording devices without press accreditation is prohibited.
Please tag the Artist, Folwark Ruchenka, and Meadow Concerts in your social media posts from the event.
7. Seating
Seats are not reserved.
We recommend bringing your own blankets and cushions.
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. Liability
The organizer is not responsible for items lost during the concert.
In the event of force majeure requiring cancellation of the concert before it begins, ticket costs will be refunded.
9. Changes to Terms
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.
