FAQ

We're excited to meet you soon at the Meadow Concert!

Everyone is welcome at our Meadow Concerts. The best spots are right by the stage – sit comfortably on a blanket or cushion (feel free to bring your own!). Artists often emphasize that we have a unique audience. That's why during the concert, we focus on the music, singing and dancing as our hearts suggest. We value good atmosphere above all – we warmly welcome you to our circle of friends!

This depends on the level of interest in the event and the speed of ticket sales. For sold-out events, it is not possible to purchase tickets on the day of the concert – we recommend buying tickets in advance.

No, let’s take care of the environment together! At the entrance gate, you can show your ticket in electronic form — for example, on your smartphone screen.

Yes, everyone the tickets were purchased for will be able to enter the concert, as long as the tickets haven’t been scanned beforehand. Each ticket has a unique barcode that authorizes one-time entry.

Two people can enter using a ticket for two at different times, provided they both present the same ticket.

We can’t guarantee the authenticity of the ticket—it could be counterfeit and may not grant entry. Verification takes place on the day of the concert when the barcode is scanned.

Report issues at the point of purchase. If the tickets were bought on ŁąkoweKoncerty.pl, email [email protected].

If you haven’t received your ticket within 24 business hours, please contact us at [email protected]. There may have been a mistake when entering your email address—in that case we’ll correct the details and resend the ticket.

Unfortunately, not always. If you want to buy a ticket at the entrance or pay in the gastro zone – payments are mainly CASH.

Not at the moment. However, we are working on a space for trailers and campers. Once we’re ready, we will definitely inform the Secret Group by email. Most likely, this will be available in the 2026 season.

No. Please do not set up tents. As the organizer, we have many responsibilities related to safety and ensuring peace for our neighbors, and pitching a tent on the Folwark grounds or nearby would cause us significant problems.

Most often, after a Łąkowe concert, the artists come out to the audience about 15 minutes after the show. However, the decision to meet fans after the concert depends entirely on the artist’s choice.

That’s wonderful to hear! Don’t wait—write to us at: [email protected]. At the same time, please remember that we receive many submissions, so we only respond to selected ones, sometimes after a long time (for example, when we start booking the next season after summer). Thank you for your understanding.

Please contact us at [email protected] — all the necessary information will be provided there.

No, tickets for Łąkowe concerts are non-refundable and may not be resold to other persons. Any public offering of ticket transfer is prohibited, including as prizes in contests, lotteries, promotional sales, or any other promotions, even if free of charge.

A concert is considered sold out once all tickets for the event, without exception, have been sold. At that point, the information is posted on the Facebook event and on our website. This means that ticket sales have ended and it will no longer be possible to purchase a ticket, even at the entrance. Please follow our social media — especially the concert group and the Facebook event.
